She has worked across startup, consulting, corporate and nonprofit sectors, leading complex financial operations, launching and scaling early-stage ventures, and building budgeting and forecasting systems to improve decision-making.

A first-generation college graduate, Nicole holds a bachelor’s degree in political science and a master’s degree in accounting. Her commitment to social impact has taken her abroad, including time in Brazil, and she is passionate about animal welfare. She lives in Texas with her dog, Peanut Butter.
